Aram is a graduate of Greenhills High School in Ann Arbor Michigan and the Michigan State University, James Madison College with a degree in Social Science, Law and Democracy.

He graduated with his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo and is admitted to the Ohio Bar and Michigan Bar and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
He began his legal career as an intern in the Wood County Public Defender’s Office while he was in law school at the University of Toledo in 1992.

At that time, he was assigned to the Perrysburg Municipal Court. Since graduating from law school and taking the bar, he has continually served in this court except for one year after law school. During that year, he served as a public defender in Canton, Ohio before returning to Perrysburg to continue his legal career.
