Wendie Jo Sperber was an American actress born in 1958 in Hollywood, California.
From a young age, she dreamed of pursuing a career in acting and attended the Teenage Drama Workshop at California State University.
In 1978, Sperber received her first role on stage when producer Allan Carr offered her a small role in the film adaptation of the musical "Grease" alongside John Travolta.
